What is the Connected Communication Club?
An on-demand training platform with LIVE coaching calls, audio and video trainings, and practice scripts, exercises and reflections to do at your leisure.

What’s the ethos? / Will you teach me to change my accent?
At Language Courage Coaching, we believe in accent clarity. If you don’t want to change who you are so the world will accept you, but you want to be better understood, this is the training for you.
You will hear Christine use a variety of accents and explain different English pronunciations throughout.
The base pronunciation is flat Hiberno (Irish) formed on British English pronunciation.
If you work on the articulation and diction sections, you can change your accent, but that's not the goal on this training.
Who are the Masterclasses for?
Any professional working in English as a lingua franca (additional language).
Expats in English-speaking countries, particularly Ireland.
Expats working in “Company cultures in English.”
Industry examples: Tech, STEM, PMP, Energy, Finance, Veterinary, English language teaching etc
Who are they not for?
Anyone who wants to sound like a “native” English speaker.

Are there monthly payment options available?
Monthly Phenomenal Presenters Masterclass subscriptions launch in 2023 so as many people as possible all over the world can join!
Monthly payments for group programmes and 1-2-1 coaching are available on request.
Please note, monthly payments may be subject to an administration fee.
What if I'm not happy?
Christine has been teaching since she was 16 years old and working in customer service since age 11. She will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, and development!
We don't think it's possible if you engage with the content and Christine, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please email support.
Because content is automatically accessible, no refunds can be made for monthly subscription payments. Cancel before your subscription renews, and you won't pay any more.
Group programme refunds will be covered in the group agreement.
What's the difference between the Masterclasses and Programme?
The Masterclasses are on-demand audio and video content to take at your own leisure with popup live Q&A calls and webinars.
The Programme includes access to the Masterclasses plus live, small group coaching, bespoke masterclasses, industry-expert Q&As, private calls with Christine and other benefits.
Possibly. Listen to the Connected Communication Podcast on your favourite platform and you'll hear Christine mention a discount. Hurry though, there are only 100 available.
Both the B1+ and Business English programmes are bespoke, coaching programmes.
Modules are created after individual calls with participants and agreed upon by the group.
There is no coursebook used. However, if members wish to practice using exercises from books, this is possible.
Christine and participants will provide materials based on learner interests, styles and needs.
How will they help me improve my English skills?
Develop your grammar and vocabulary skills using practical real-life content.
Explore English pronunciation like you never have before. Learn how professionals speak.
Understand how your language compares to English and others.
Practice with peers in pairs and small groups.
I’m a busy professional/entrepreneur, is it really for me?
If you work in English, but it’s not your first language, the Business programme is for you. (You need a B2+ speaking level)
If you work in English or aspire to, the B1+ programme is for you.
If you’re an entrepreneur who creates online content, speaks at events or aims to do so in the future, the Phenomenal Presenters Programme will suit you better.
Will I even have time to use the online content??
Truthfully, it depends on your motivation. We make time for the things which are important to us. Ask yourself on a scale of 1 – 10 how important your ‘future speaker’ vision is. Then decide. The content is designed to be short, simple and easy to listen to though.
The videos and audios range from under one minute up to 20 minutes. Bonus interviews and Q&A sessions are longer, but don’t form part of the general training.
The more you practice and engage, the more you get out of it. I always recommend taking real-life activities and applying the content to them.
What's the difference between coaching and teaching?
The brain-based coaching approach blends the neuroscience of learning and communication with language and skills development.
Teachers direct students on what to learn.
Coaches find out from students what they want to learn, and with permission, offer suggestions on other areas to develop.
The Coach:coachee relationship is equal. It is non-directive and uses a questioning approach.
If you prefer an approach in which you are told what to do and how to learn, this programme is probably not right for you.
